Tola Oyebanji is an Associate in Quid Juris – Legal Practitioners who joined the firm in 2018. His areas of specialization lies at the intersection of Alternate Dispute Resolution, Corporate law, taxation and Intellectual Property law. He obtained his LL.B in Law from the University of Buckingham U.K. with a Second Class (Upper Division) and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. Before his foray into legal profession, he had obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and had previously worked with Badru Olaogun & Co.


In his early career as an organizational psychologist, Tola worked with the human resources department of various firms in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom. He is an adept researcher with good analytical skills and has been published on various fields in Psychology and Law.


He possesses excellent interpersonal and client management skills. He has a high complex problem-solving and logical analytical competence and likes to think up unique solutions to clients’ problems. He is a highly motivated lawyer, an astute litigator and negotiator.


He has proved himself a reliable and valuable member of the team, and he is an accredited professional with Corporate Affairs Commission, a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association.
